"Matt?" I asked filled with anger

"Yes, David sent a message on the groupchat okay about-"

"Gangs have groupchats?" i just sort of laughed to myself. I don't know why i don't see them like people with phones that can do stuff like groupchats

"Yes, he said he didn't need back up. But i knew you were here so I drove as fast as i could"

I rolled my eyes at my cousin. Bet he still hasn't made an excuse yet.

"And i'll tell you why else i'm here in the car" he said while motioning his hand in a big circle

"Did I say that aloud?"

"Yes" he chuckled

"But what about the others?"

"Oh them, they're the best gang you don't have to worry about them especially with Joey by their side"

Who is the other gang though? If it's Jacob i will not be afraid of running into his arms actually no im too awkward for that NEVERMIND. Forget that plan, plan b is run over to him say 'hey' I mean I don't know what do i do.

What if the other gang are just rogues? Oh my i have read too many werewolf books.

Matt makes an attempt to grab my hand. Instantly i move my hand giving him a 'what the fuck do you think you're doing you've probably been lying to me for years' kind of look. Would you believe me if I told you it was my first time using that face? I know really surprising!

"I can get up for myself" i say rolling my eyes at my cousing

"Shouldn't you work on my fathers side anyway? What are you doing with this Joey kid?"

"I understand you have alot of questions but can we just get out of here and i'll explain in the car while driving to safety" Towards the end of his reply he points to the outside where we can hear the loud gunshots

I mean the man has a point with getting out of here

"Okay" i say getting up "lets get out, dying was not planned on my schedule for today"

We started walking towards the door bent low trying not to be seen by anyone trying to escape

"Wait!" i whisper yell

"Yes?!" he whisper yelled asked me

"But Joey said i should stay in here, does he know i'm going with you?"

"No, but i thought dying wasn't on your schedule today so lets get out!" he replied once again whisper yelling
