Always (John X Remi)

Chapter 19

John POV

I woke up on the roof of the school. My head was on Remi's shoulder. I lifted my head and looked at my phone

4:08

"Oh shit" I yelled waking up Remi

"It's 4:08 we only have two hours to get ready for Isen" I said

"Oh shit we slept through the afternoon classes" Remi said

We ran down the stairs off the roof and came face to face with our science teacher who's class we slept through

"John, Remi where were you for my class" he said

"Uhh, we fell asleep on the roof" Remi said sheepishly

The teacher sighed

"Come with me" he said

We followed him into his classroom where he handed us two stacks of paper

"Homework" he said

"When is it due" I asked

"Monday" he said

Me and Remi ran out of the classroom and got home around 4:45

"Okay Isen is coming in an hour and fifteen minutes, let's get everything ready to go out" I said

Me and Remi packed our hero costumes into a duffel bag, Remi had what sh wore last time and I had a Black hoodie, a black mask that I bought at the mall, dark blue sweat pants and a red tie.

"What's with the tie" Remi asked

I shrugged

"Just adds some extra flare" I said jokingly

"Does it even go on youe hoodie" she asked

"Yep, I checked" I said

1 hour later

I was standing over a frying pan when I heard a knock on the door

"I'll get it" Remi said springing off the couch

She opened the door to reveal Isen

"Hey" he said

"Come in" Remi said

Isen walked in and Remi lead him to the table

After about ten minutes I came in with dinner. While we were eating Isen started talking

"So how long were you guys sleeping on the roof" Isen asked

"Until 4:08" I said

"You should have seen the social studies teacher's face when neither of you showed up" Isen said

"I bet it was great" I said

"Some one said that you guys might be having sex and that kid was sent to Vaughn's office in the blink of an eye" Isen said

We both blushed

"Y-Yeah" I said

"Anyways, who's our target" Isen asked

I went and got my computer

"Steven, ability: Arrows. Level 4.5" Isen read off the computer screen.

"Remember that he probably has his ability enhanced" I said

"Right" Isen said

After dinner we went to the train station and got on the train
