Chapter 22

Friday

John POV

I was sitting on the roof alone, because Isen was sick, and Blyke and Remi had tests

"Only one week until Sera's back then I'll have a roof buddy" I said

I played flappy pig for a when before standing up to stretch. While I was stretching, I saw Arlo sitting on a bench in the courtyard reading a book

I made my way down to him because I wanted to ask him a question.

"Hey Asslo" I said waving to him

He looked up from the book he was reading

"John" he said

I sat next to him

"I had a question" I said

Arlo closed his book

"Yes?" He said

"You told Elaine to report Sera for having Unordinary, right?" I asked

Arlo started to sweat a little

"No point in hiding it I guess, yes I did" he said

"Why" I asked

Arlo didn't say anything

"Arlo, why" I asked glaring at him

He sighed

"Well it was a few hours before we went to get boba with everyone, I told Elaine to report the book" he said

"Okay-" I started

"But" Arlo cut me off

"I realized that I shouldn't have told her to but at that point it was to late, so I took you guys out to make my guilt subside at least for a little" Arlo said

"But you're not explaining why" I said

Arlo sighed

"I thought that it was weird that you acted different from all the other low tiers and I wanted to know why." Arlo said

"Ok-" I was cut off again

"I also wanted to find out why Remi would date you" Arlo said

"But what does Sera being suspended have to do with that" I said ignoring the urge to punch him

"Well I figured that with her gone I would be able to-" Arlo started

"Put me in my place?" I finished cutting him off this time

Arlo nodded silently

"Arlo" I said

He looked up at me

"I forgive you" I said

His face lit up

"But, do something like this again and there will be hell to pay" I said

"Okay" he said

"Also" I said turning back to hair gel John

"Date Elaine already" I said running away

I turned around to see Arlo blushing

Remi POV

"So, John" I said looking up at my raven haired boyfriend

"Yeah?" He said

"Wanna go on a date tomorrow?" I asked
