Chapter 22

*Time skip to 8 when everyone's just arrive at the bar together (they took a cab cuz they'll be to drunk t drive)*

John POV

We walk into the bar and Herc orders some drinks. "Hey don't forget the plan," I whisper to Alex when no one's looking and he nods.

An hour later Alex is off yelling at someone, Angelica and Eliza are interrogating Mariah while Peggy tries to stop them. "Laf?" I say leaning on his shoulder.

"Oui?" He replies, apparently sometimes when he's drunk he speaks French, I only know a little though.

"Does Alex still love me?"

"avez-vous vu la façon dont ce gars vous regarde? c'est dégoûtant combien il t'aime" He says and I just look at him having no clue what he said.

"Oui" He says and I smile.

"I ALREADY TOLD YOU I'M NOT DEALING WITH YOUR HOMOPHOBIC ASS TONIGHT SO SHUT THE FUCK UP NO ONE WANTS TO HEAR YOUR VOICE!" I hear Alex Yell. I walk over to him and see 'King' George getting mad at him.

"Hey I need to tell you a secret," I say.

"OOOH WHAT IS IT?" He yells.

"Shh! Ok ready? I still love Alex and I wanna get back together with him" I giggle "but you can't tell him" I whisper.

"Ok can I tell you a secret?" He half whispers. "I still love John and I wanna get back together with him!" He says.

"Come on then lets go find him and you can tell him!" I scream

"YAY!" He yells.

"HAS ANYONE SEEN JOHN?!" I yell.

"Aren't you John?" Maria says out of no where.

I gasp "I'M JOHN!" I say turning to Alex.

"WOAH THAT'S SO COOL!" He says, "NOW WE NEED TO FIND ALEX!" He yells.

"That's you" Maria says again.

"WHAAAAAAAAATTTTTT! DAS SO WEIRD!"

Another hour later me and Eliza are betting on how long Herc and Laf will be in the bathroom together. "At least 30 minutes!" I say.

"No, no, no, no, They're not animals, I'd say 15 minutes." Eliza says.

"Alright fine 15 minutes or under u win, $50 but 30 minutes or over I win and if it's in between we see who's closest."

"Deal" We shake hands and I start a timer.

21 minutes later the bar tender pushed us all outside including Laf and Herc, "Damn it, couldn't you have lasted like 2 more minutes Alex?!" I say as Eliza take $50 out of my wallet laughing.

"What did you do anyway?" Angelica asks.

"UHHH WELL I THREW MY EMPTY SHOT GLASS AT GEORGE BY ACCIDENT AND IT BROK A BOTTLE OF EXPENSIVE ALCOHOL" He yells and we all roll out eyes.

Peggy calls a cab and we all climb in. I see Peggy whisper something to Laf but I don't know what. We arrive back at the dooms and walk into Herc and Laf's room. "Can we play spin the bottle truth or dare again?!" Peggy shouts.

Everyone cheers in agreement and Laf goes to get a bottle. We sit in a circle and me and Alex are on opposite sides. When Laf comes out Peggy insists on going first so we let her. She spins it and it lands on Alex.

"Okay Alex, 7 minutes in heaven with John!" She says and I nod as we get up. She closes the door to the cupboard behind us "Okay I'm starting the timer I'll tell you when you have 1 minute left,"

We kinda just sit there for a while until Peggy tells us we only have 1 minute. "Okay you ready?" I whisper and he nods. I climb on top of him and start kissing him, he kisses back. I had completely forgotten how much I missed him.

Suddenly the door opens and everyone gasps "Holy shit I didn't think you'd actually do it!" Eliza yells. Part of me doesn't want to stop but I know I have to.

We walk out of the cupboard and sit back in the circle, this time next to each other. We were right everyone looked so shook. "Uh...I- um who's turn is it?" Angelica stutters.

"MINE!" Alex yells. He spins the bottle and it lands on Lafayette. "ALRIGHT LAF, CALL WASHINGTON AND SAY SOMETHING RANDOM BUT MAKE SURE YOUR CALLER ID IS OFF!" He shouts, I guess he's just always loud when he's drunk unless he's sad.

"Ok," Laf pulls out is phone and dials Washington.

"Hello?" Washington answers.

"Yes hello Mr. Washington, I'm calling to inform you that the kids in you're care Alexander Hamilton and John Laurens were caught very drunk and defacing king's collage sign, they are at the police station if you want to pick them up." He says in a overly American accent.

"Can I help you Lafayette?" He says

"What how'd you know it was me?"

"Well no one else does an America accent that badly and I can hear the other laughing in the background. Also I'm gonna ignore the fact that you told me Alex and John are drunk when they're both underage, I suggest not telling other teachers." He says and hangs up.

"Well that sucked. Anyway it' my turn," He says and spins the bottle, this time it lands on me. "Alright 7 minutes in heaven with Alex." Me and Alex get up and walk back into the cupboard.

"So this time we should just be sitting apart to mess with them" I suggest.

"Yeah.You know that still leaves 6 minutes, if you want we could actually play the game?" He says, I'm surprised he could talk so quietly.

"I- ok" I reply and he leans in to kiss me. I rap one of my arms around his waste and one around his neck as he loops his fingers through my hair. "And you know- hmm- this doesn't mean-mmm- we're back together or anything-mhmm" I say as he kisses me, running one hand up my shirt.

"1 minutes left!" Peggy calls and I slowly detach from him. We sit as far away from each other as possible and wait for them to open the door. When they finally do, they all disappointed when they see us.

"W-why are you sitting so far away?" Laf asks.

"Laf come on we only broke up last week I'm not gonna make out with him!" I say walking out.

"YEAH THAT'S THE ONLY THING I AGREE WITH YOU ON! CAN'T YOU GUYS JUST RESPECT THAT WE BROKE UP?" Alex says returning to his drunk volume.

We sit back down on opposite sides of the circle and everyone looks at us confused, "But just before- weren't you just making out?" Peggy says confused and it takes so much strength to not laugh.

"Uh no we weren't, what the fuck?! we broke up do I need to spell it out for you" I say and I see Alex smile a tiny bit. After a minute we continue playing the game and we eventually all pass out.
