I arrived at the club nervously.

"Eyyaa gyal!! Whya heya gyal!?"

Azibo asked.

"Azibo, I'm quitting."

"Why !!!?" He exclaimed.

"Cause, I kinda found this guy that I like but he doesn't approve. And I got a good job too. Pays real well."

"I wish ya da best. I'a tell boss fer ya."

"Thanks Azibo. How's Darlena?"

"Pregnant." He groaned.

"Don't be like that Zibo!" I laughed.

"Yeah, with twins." He groaned again.

"Well Azibo, keep in touch. I'll stop by to check on the babies."

"You can have em!" He called after me.

I got into my car and drove home.

I needed to call Jeremiah and take him up on that offer.

I got home and changed into some sweat pants and a sports bra then proceeded to call Jeremiah.

"Jeremiah?"

"Mr. Kingsley."

"Mr. Kingsley, I wanted to tell you-"

"Unlock your door."

I looked at my phone and door strangely.

I looked through the peep hole. Nobody was out there. I opened the door a slight bit. Nothing.

I closed the door back and sat down on the couch.

Suddenly the door swung open and Jeremiah walked in.

"Hey!! I'm not decent!" I shouted, covering up my midriff.

I went into the bedroom to put on a real shirt and then went back into the living room.

"Mr. Kingsley why didnt you call me before you came by?" I scolded.

"Because I was in the area and you messaged me so..."

"Yeah, whatever. Anyways, I'm ready to take up your offer on that job."

"What job?" He asked.

"Personal assistant job or something of that sort. I don't know. What you said."

"Oh! Oh, yeah. You quit stripping?"

"Yes."

"Great. Well, good."

"Mhmm." I said, staring intently.  "Well, you can leave now." I said.

"Okay. Um, I'll email or text you something." He said hesitantly. I could tell he wanted to stay a little longer.

"I'll see you at work in a couple days." I said, rushing him out.

"OK." Mr. Kingsley said, walking out the door.

"...If there's someone out there who knows what they're doing is wrong, confess your sins to God right now!" The pastor announced to the congregation.

I mouthed a couple of hallelujahs and looked at Marylin, who was nodding her head in approval.

We got up to pray and then we were all told to 'embrace one another.'
