John POV

I started unpacking Sherlock's belongings first since there wasn't that many boxes. I moves around slowly, I was still sore from the C-section. I couldn't really bend down without feeling like a thousand needles being thrown at my stomach. I just left those for Sherlock to do, but then again Diana goes to sleep faster with me.

"Sherlock! Wouldn't be better if I just put her to sleep and you unpack. Some of the boxes are in the floor and I cant-", I started going up the stairs slowly to find her room. I haven't been I her room, so I hope it suits best for my princess. It seemed strange to me that the lights were completely off, the door was slightly open. I went in the room trying to find the switch when I do- dear god how do I explain this. I just saw him, but that was ridiculous he was in prison, maybe it was just the pills and the side effects. He smiled at me, my brain then concentrated on the child he was carrying and the gun he had. It was pointing at Sherlock on his knees, hands to his head, the baby was sound asleep, thank god.

"Sebastian", I blinked fast trying to make sure it wasn't my imagination.

"Hello, sweetheart, how are you?", he winked at me.

"What are you doing here, Sebastian?", I took a step closer, to let him now I wasn't afraid of him, even though I was.

"I came here to get what's mine, and that's you and Diana", he looked at her, she was still in his arms.

"P-please, Sebastian, do whatever you want with me, just don't hurt her, I beg you", I put my hands together and pleaded.

"Why would I hurt the two loves of my life", my anger rose move as he said 'loves', that boy couldn't love anything even if it cost him his life. I needed to act smart and fast.

"Sebastian, hand me over the baby and we could talk downstairs, alright", I took another step forward and he started handing me the baby.

"John are you crazy? He will hurt you again", Sherlock looked up with frighten eyes.

"Sherlock sweetheart, shut up", Sebastian leaned closer to Sherlock and started walking up to me and Diana, "Sherlock you stay up here and we grown ups talk down stairs", his finger were still on the trigger Sherlock knew better than to attack.

Sebastian and I exited the room and went down the stairs quietly.

"Let me set the baby down first, okay", I turned to face him, he put his gun away, but I still couldn't move much because of the stitches.

"Go ahead", he smiled.

I found the white and pink carrier and gently put her down. I carried it into a corner to keep her safe, I hope Sebastian didn't notice that. He was leaned against the wall, his eyes following my every move.

"Why Diana Vivian Holmes? Why did you name her that", he looked at me with curiosity.

I sighed softly trying to get the courage to look at him in the eye, "Diana, because that was my grandmothers name, she took care of me when I wad little. She was always there when I was little to the point I actually believed she was my mom. Vivian, because that's my mothers middle name and I wanted to thank her in some way. And Holmes, because that's her fathers last name", I finally got the guts to look at him in the last sentence. Rage and anger fell on his face, he quickly paced towards me and his hands grip my elbows. I winced at his massive strength.

"He is not father, I am", he move his hands to my face and caressed it carefully.

"Maybe I would've considered her father if you wouldn't have raped me!", I pushed his hands off my face and moved away from him.

He froze with surprise at my worlds, his face went soft with guilt.

"John, I'm so sorry I really am, I'm sorry that I can't take back that day, you have no idea how much I regret everything I've done to you. I just remember how nice you were to me, how many times you've forgiven me, I know I don't deserve it, but you still forgive me", he choked on some words, hearing his voice crack.

I hated myself for believing him, I didn't want to but his eyes were telling the truth.

"You know after you got out of prison I was thinking of us splitting the custody between us. For you and her to get to know each other. I didn't want my daughter to grow up not knowing her real father I couldn't do that to her", I looked at her she was wide awake her blue eyes was all I could look at, they were his blue eyes.

"You were?", he tried getting my attention.

"Yes, I was, but after threating to kill Sherlock, I'm having second thoughts", I was surprised he hasn't threatened me at all, maybe he has changed.

"Please, John anything but that I do want to be there for her", his eyes pleaded.

"Sebastian, please leave and don't come here again until you serve your three years", I pointed to the door looking down at the floor.

"Could I at least say goodbye to her", he glared at her blue eyes.

I nodded, I carefully watched him as he bent down next to the carrier gently put a kiss on her head. Their eyes interlocked, he gave her the same smile he always gave me. He stood up to face me, I shivered at the way he looked at me, he was dangerous, I kept repeating it over and over again. He walked to the door, stopping the minute he stepped out, he signed heavily, letting his shoulders drop.

"John, are you going back to Baskerville?", he didn't face me.

"No, I'm going to a different school here in London, why?"

Mycroft said it would be best if me and Sherlock went to a different school. Students at Baskerville were asking about me and Sherlock and what happened to us. Mycroft told the students that Sherlock had transferred  and that my parents move to Australia. Of course that didn't fool anyone, but it was the best thing we could think of. If we did go back people would ask questions, questions that neither of us wanted to answer.

"No reason, but thank you for not going back to Baskerville", I saw his cheeks grow, even though he had his back turned.

"Umm... your welcome I gue-", I didn't get to finish as he vanished down the staircase, without saying a word, I stood quiet waiting for a door to slam, I heard it open slowly but he hesitated on closing it. When he finally did, Sherlock sprinted down the stairs, I heard him but my eyes were still staring at the wall for no reason.

"John? John are you ok? What's wrong, did he hurt you or touch you?", he stood in front of me, grabbing my face to get my attention. I finally looked up to see his eyes, they were worried with fear. I didn't hesitate looking down at the floor, I started to cry, I pushed his hands off my face and walked back in the flat. I quickly wiped out the tears and grabbed the carrier where Diana was. She was still wide awake, the way she stared at me said that even she was worried about me. I got her out of the carrier and started bouncing her up and down gently, stroking her blonde hair. I heard footsteps behind me, Sherlock put his strong arms around my waist and kissed my cheek where dry tears where at.

"Are you ok?", he began to stroke my hair back, smoothly and gently.

"I will be, just in shock for now", I nodded and looked down at our daughter who was looking right back at us.

"Did he touch you in anyway?", his voice sounded demanding.

I lied and shook my head.

He was about to speak when a flash came from the front door, we both looked up to see Mrs. Hudson with her camera phone smiling.

"This one is a keeper", she chuckled, she walked in with four loaded grocery bags.

"Very funny Mrs. Hudson", I set the baby down to help Mrs. Hudson.
